Having gained more than 15 years’ experience within the industry, in managerial and more senior positions across several independent and corporate companies, Michael felt that whilst there were many corporate property management firms, as well as smaller multi-faceted businesses offering the service, there were no firms serving the local area whose primary specialism was Block & Estate Management – something which there was a clear demand for.

In serving properties with a radius covering only as far as Dudley, Bromsgrove, Shrewsbury, Wolverhampton and Worcester, M W Property Services has continued to maintain its core values and principles of offering an efficient local service, ensuring that staff are on hand to attend sites frequently and swiftly if called upon, whilst being similarly accessible to clients and residents alike. This being supported by a variety of skilled, vetted and insured local tradespeople, ensuring that all bases are covered when it comes to either cyclical, reactive or planned maintenance.

Whilst continuing to develop and improve on its management services, M W Property Services has also moved to increase its service offerings to satisfy the wishes of existing clients and others, in facilitating both Lettings and Property Management and more recently residential Property Sales, creating a ‘one stop shop’ for all property needs.
